I am a MBBS doctor with MPH from Johns Hopkins University (U.S.A) and Masters in Epidemiology from London school of hygiene and Tropical Medicine (U.K). Obtaining  CPHQ certification, I am also a leader in healthcare quality and patient safety. I have about 20 years of cumulative National and International  experience in healthcare delivery with high quality and patient safety standards, Project management, monitoring and evaluation of public health programs and interventions.

I am target driven, results oriented with a firm commitment to make a difference in healthcare  delivery with high quality and patient safety standards. I am striving for high class service delivery to the patients and healthcare clients in accordance with International & National quality and patient safety standards. I have nine years of experience in Saudi Arabia as Consultant in Quality of healthcare, patient safety, Accreditation, project management, Risk management and Strategy management. I also served as  the Regional Accreditation Coordinator for implementation of JCIA & CBAHI standards in 10 hospitals and PHC’s in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia.

I have been working as Manager PMO (Project Management Office) and TMO (Transformation Management Office) in the Eastern Province, which collaborates with the VRO (Vision Realization Office, Vision 2030) Riyadh for the planning and implementation of the model of care pathways in line with the National Health Transformation Plan 2030.

I am the founder of Behtareen Health  based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Our vision for behtareen health is: ‘Envisaging high reliability Organizations that consistently minimize adverse events, nurture a culture of patient safety, general safety and enhance patient satisfaction and patient trust in healthcare delivery.’
