  • Procurement of IT-related hardware and services, as per policy and procedure, Purchase requisition to Work Completion Certificate.                                           
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritizes and manages many open cases at one time
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with the end user and other professionals, such as software developers
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update end user status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end user to the appropriate internal team
