I have enough experience in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems including Detailed Design & Design Review, approval of Vendor Documents and Technical Bid Evaluation.. 

I have worked for the FEED, PMC, EPCM, Site Supervision, Pre-commissioning/Commissioning and Startup of  Power Projects (SC & CC), Oil & Gas Fields, Offshore and Onshore Gas Gathering Projects, Refinery, and Well Sites for Oil Wells and Water Injection & Water Supply Wells. 

I am well versed for the selection of field instruments & preparation of data sheets for Control Valves, On-OFF Valves, and HIPPS Valves etc. I worked for installation, testing and pre-commissioning of  WHCP, Wet Gas Meters, Christmas Tree Valves i.e. SCSSV, SSV & XV , Flow Lines Instruments, DCS, PLCs, RTU, SCADA Systems, HMI, ESD Systems, F&G Systems. I also worked for Telecom Systems including CCTV, PAGA System, ACS, FOIDs and TETRA Systems. 

I am familiar with Hazardous Area Classification for electrical and instrumentation equipment. I participated in FAT/SAT, HAZOP Studies, and SIL Classification Reviews. 

I am well familiar with Enclosure Weather Protection Class i.e IP Codes and NEMA Standards. I am confident and know about the applicable standards i.e, ANSI, API, NEC, ISA,IEC, ATEX, NFPA, Dep Shell, GASCO & Saudi Aramco (SA)Standards.

• Design Review of Instrument & Control System  Drawings/Documents for EPC and raising the  comments if any. 
• Review of the Data Sheets for Control Valves, Flow Measurement Instruments, SCADA, RTU, DCS, PLCs, ESD Systems, and Telecom Systems to make sure it meets the International Standards and Company Specifications. 
• Review of Vendor Documents & GA Drawings and raising  the comments for  any deviations from specifications.
• Preparation of Scope of Work, Instrument Block Diagram, ILDS, Instrument Specifications, Instrument Data Sheets and Material Requisition etc.
• Review of Junction Boxes (Analog & Digital) Specifications, JB termination details for Instrument & Control Cables.
• Preparation of Cable Schedules, Termination Details, Instrument Hook-up Diagrams, Instrument Location Diagrams, Cable /Conduit  Layout Diagrams, and Impulse Tubing Installation details.
• Selection & sizing of Field Instruments like Control Valves, Flow Elements, Flow Instruments, F&G Detection & Alarm Systems.
• Review & Preparation of Cause & Effect Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Control System Philosophy, Safeguarding Narrative for ESD and Fire & Gas System Implementation
• Approval of Vendor Drawings/Documents for the DCS, ESD, F&G Detection System & Alarm Panels.
• Worked on various DCS Systems which include Foxboro I/A Series, Honeywell (Experion), Honeywell TDC 3000, Siemens T3000, DCS Emersion (Ovation) & Elsag Bailey infi 90. 
• Monitoring and Supervision of Construction activities for Field Instruments, Control Valves, SCADA System, RTU, MOVs, GOVs, DCS & PLCs, Oil and Gas Pipeline Acoustic Leak Detection System (ALDS), Toxic & Flammable Gas Detection  and Monitoring Systems.
• Loop Checks/Pre-commissioning of Field Instruments, Control Valves, MOVs, ESD Systems (Halliburton), CP System and Corrosion Monitoring Systems in line with RTU (Siemens & Bristol Babcock) & SCADA System,
• Review of Loop Folders and Loop Check of Electrical Systems like SWGR, MCC, Breakers Operation and UPS. Well familiar with ICAPS, SOP’s, PTW, LOTO, ITPs, MC Forms & Check Lists and Pre-commissioning Procedures.
• Participated in SIL Aassessment /SIL Verification and HAZOP Studies. Have Experience for Safety Instrumented System (SIS) & SIF (Safety Instrumented Function).
• Well familiar with Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) and INtools.
• Participated for FAT & SAT for DCS, ESD, F&G Systems Cabinets, Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP) by FORES, Emergency  Shutdown Systems (ESD)  (Halliburton Hydraulic Panels) and ESD Panels by Honeywell.
