2. Two HTTP 400 machines + its Auxiliaries (plastic system dryer, DHF, danhumbush Chiller, Atlascapco Compressor) Erection, Installation & commissioning with husky engineers.

3. Demark machine + Auxiliaries (plasticsystem dryer DHF,GreenboxChiller, Boge Compressor ) Erection, installation & commissioning with demark engineers.

4. UVIA machine + its Auxiliaries Erection, installation & Operational.

5. VFD installation & commissioning on 2 HTTP 300 machines, 4 cooling towers & 5 process pumps.

6. Erection, Installation & operation of 2000KVA transformer.

7. Installation & operational 1600KW HT, LT & powerfactor panel.

8. Relocation of 2 1000KVA transformers.

9. upgradation of main HT cable 120mm to 240mm.
 
Injection molding Machines + Auxiliaries:
  1.Machines:
   a. Husky HTTP 300, HTTP 400 & GL300.
   b. Premax.
   c. Demark.
   d. UVIA.
  2. Auxiliaries: 
       a. Dryer + DHF + conveyours (plastic
           system, piovan, Moton & Icebar)
       b. Chillers(Danhumbush, Greenbox &
           Sabro)
       c. Process pumps + weighing scales.
  3. Maintenance (Preventive & breakdown).
  4. Improvement of machines & smooth
      running during production.
  5. Staff training, counseling & motivation.
  6. Improvement plans + New projects.
  7. Spare stock maintaining+co-ordinate with vendors & Purchase requisitions.
  8. injection machines Monitoring, faults
      resolving & troubleshooting.
  9. VFD Installation, commissioning &
      troubleshooting.
 10. PLC Siemens (S7, Logo) & Beckhoff.
  11. Communication Profibus, Ethernet & RS.
  12. SAP for PR, ITR & maintenance module.

Powerstation:
 a. 4.8MW Power station maintenance
    (preventive + breakdown), lookafter &
     troubleshooting.
 b. Transformers, HT, LT, powerfactor, MDB, UPS, distrbution, lighting, cabling, ducting,routing, breakers.
