A seasoned professional having over 7 years’ experience of teaching and leading master of project management program. An effective corporate trainer with an overall training delivery portfolio in excess of 2,000 hours. Previous experience of over 8 years in the corporate & industrial sector. Working as an assistant professor and leading the Master of Project Management (MPM) program. Responsibilities include:

• Management, planning, monitoring and controlling of the program
• Program accreditation management and coordination
• Workload and team management, providing direction and coaching
• Designing courses and updating curriculum 
• Student advisement in academic and career planning
• Conducting research in project management, agility and sustainability
• Promoting creativity and innovation (seminars and conferences)
• Serving on committees for budgeting, marketing and curriculum
• Teaching and grading project management related courses
• Supervising students’ final year and research projects
 

Corporate Trainer (May 2015 – Present)

Conducting 1 - 5 day workshops tailored to training needs covering basic to detailed concepts of project management including PMP® exam preparation, preparing business case, practical use of software tools, team building and leadership skills. Key clientele include:

• National Logistic Cell (NLC)
