Ahmad Mujtaba

I am currently serving as an Intermediate Civil Engineer in Hydrology at MEENA Consultancy, where I am involved in hydrological analyses and drainage design for solar projects in Eritrea and South Africa. Prior to this, I worked as an Assistant Water Resources Engineer at the Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Engineering, contributing to groundwater modeling and GIS data analysis.My earlier roles include positions as a Junior Engineer and Water Resources Engineer at Valley Irrigation Pakistan, where I designed and managed irrigation systems, enhancing agricultural water use efficiency. I also have experience as a Design Engineer, focusing on irrigation system planning and cost estimation.In addition to my engineering roles, I have a strong academic foundation, having completed a PhD in Water Resources Engineering. My academic work is supported by numerous research publications in reputable journals, showcasing my expertise in groundwater hydrodynamics and water management strategies.

My educational background is robust and highly relevant to your career in hydrology and water resources engineering. I hold a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, where I achieved an impressive CGPA of 3.933/4.00. This advanced degree has equipped me with in-depth knowledge and research skills in areas such as surface water-groundwater modeling and spatial data analysis.Prior to my PhD, I completed a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering, also at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, with a CGPA of 3.525/4.00. This program further solidified my expertise in water management and engineering principles.
