I worked at 360 Billing as an RCM Manager and Handler, where I managed the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process for healthcare providers starting in January 2023. My responsibilities included patient demographics, insurance verification (VOB), medical coding, charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting. I also handled AR follow-ups, denial management, and appeals to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements. In addition, I oversaw provider credentialing and enrollment and supervised a trained RCM team, ensuring compliance, data security, and improved revenue performance.
