About abdullah mehmood:

A qualified Mechanical and Industrial Engineer with vast experience of managing Plant Production, Production Engineering, Process designing & Controls. Has intensive exposure to run production on manufacturing lines with sophisticated controls such as Controlled Atmosphere Furnaces for Radiators, Efficient Heat Exchangers, Robots and Chemical treatment lines. 

Multilingual individual, having good command on Japanese language and learnt second language on the basis of self-initiative.     

 

Delivered outstanding performance in setting up a new plant (Yamaha Motor Pakistan), managed commissioning of multiple production lines and utilities in a cost-effective manner. Currently looking after Plant Maintenance, Utilities and Production Engineering at Master Motor Corporation(Manufacturer of Fuso Trucks and Yutong Buses).

 

Have a proven track record for timely commencement of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil projects pertaining to setup of New Plants and Production facilities. Designing new Production lines from scratch and to its maintenance is one of my strengths.

 

Process design and improvement is one of my spatiality such as Waste Water Treatment Plants and Metal Chemical treatment lines.

 

Recently executed large scale Grid tied Solar Projects with optimum power generation.

 

Also heads Kaizen committee in the company.

 

Have clear understanding of Hou-Ren-Sou (a Japanese practice for  effective and error free communication with subordinates and superiors)
