Proven track record of managing project-wide operations, administering budgets, negotiating contracts, controlling expenses, and boosting efficiency and productivity. Special attention towards maintaining quality while simultaneously not compromising on health, safety, and environmental regulations

In brief, if I have to summarize my role it shall be as follow;

• Acted as the main point of contact for the clients for better client management
• Prepared project schedules, technical methodology, and deliverable schedule 
• To manage and work with various teams for smooth operations
• Prepared technical and financial proposals or tenders 
• Reviewed and evaluated bids prepared by EPC contractor
• Prepared Preliminary Design Package deliverables
• Evaluated Preliminary Design Package Deliverable submitted by EPC contractor and presented the report to the client
• Represented BAL in front of my national and international clients
• Responsible for updating BAL’s higher management and executing a policy-level decision
• Responsible for the safe completion of the project 
• Responsible for keeping the project within budget
• Was able to achieve Key Progress Indicators within due time

I did my graduation in BS Civil Engineering from FAST- National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Lahore Campus. I stood 2nd in a batch of seventy (70) students in the batch 2014-2018 and was awarded a silver medal (Mehboob Ul Haq Award).
