I have work as Business development officer in the banking sector for a year. I then moved to the UAE and join a company as Accounts and Admin Manager. I worked there for 2 years.  My duties as Accounts and Admin Manager were managing the cash flows, Keeping a record of employees, Managing all the administrative duties, Processing Visas Applications, inventory management, arrangements and dealing clients and other day to day operations. Currently I am working with a construction in Pakistan as Accounts and Admin officer. My duties includes 

Reviewing budgets, including staffing, work plans, and fee structures.
Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
Preparing actual costs.
Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections.
Issuing invoices and purchase orders, as well as paying consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments.
 

I have completed my bachelor's degree in business administration.
