 I am a Finance and Operations expert having over 18 years of invaluable working experience in Pakistan, South Sudan, the Philippines, and Afghanistan (Afghanistan remotely from Pakistan). Over the years, I have managed diverse financial portfolios, exceeding US $280 million, and have consistently delivered results that align with high standards of compliance and efficiency.

Currently, I am working with UNDP as Operations Manager and I provide specialized advice and reporting to senior management on overall financial and operational areas as well as to ensure robust collaboration and coordination of support function teams, so that the programme teams are fully equipped to efficiently deliver the activities in a financially robust way. 

During my tenure at UNDP since 2018, I've had the privilege of overseeing a substantial financial portfolio, of $60 million including a significant allocation of $41 million from USAID funds. In managing this substantial USAID-funded portion, I've been responsible for ensuring that these resources are allocated efficiently and effectively in alignment with the objectives and goals set forth by both UNDP and USAID. Furthermore, this has entailed meticulous financial planning, budget management, and compliance monitoring, all while adhering to the stringent guidelines and regulations established by both organizations.
